 Stokesay Court will be more recognisable to people who have seen
the recent film Atonement, as the Tallis' Surrey house. Actually situated in Shropshire, the owner wanted a site that reflected the house, without being too historic.
The website promotes the house, tours and functions, along with a large section on Atonement, with on-set photos, articles and links. The site has a Content Management System, so
it can be updated by the owner when needed.

The Olde Swan Hotel and Yupping Lounge is based in an historic
building in Chertsey, Surrey but has been re-decorated as a chic, lively bar.
Keeping the same style, both the hotel and lounge bar needed to appeal to both clientele. The minimalist black design gives the site depth, while the scrolling photos can
be changed depending on what page the visitor is looking at.

EcoLEDLighting is a specialist designer and manufacturer of
eco-friendly LED (Light Emitting Diode) lighting products.
Other than clear navigation and a clean design, the primary design brief was that many of its visitors will be from developing countries that access the Internet
via dial-up modems. Although a challenge in these days of broadband connections, the site uses JavaScript instead of higher bandwidth-using technologies, to give the site a
fresh, modern but speedy image.

Island Harbour is a marina on a river 2 miles south of Cowes in the Isle of Wight.
After a recent change in management, nm-design.co.uk worked with their graphic designers, Salad Creative,
to produce their website. The site is programmed only using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) technology.

After the Conservative Women's Organisation's first very succesful website launch in February 2006,
the CWO has now launched its second generation website, to reflect the new image of the Conservative Party. Both websites were designed and are maintained by NM Consulting.
During the re-design process, a number of new features were also added, which increases the information that the organisation can give its visitors. All the information is updateable through
an easy to use secure Extranet, with restrictions on regional and non-Administrative logins.

They required a Web 2 designed website, where their Vacancies page is updated via their SQL database, controlled through a substantial
client, vacancy and candidate secured Extranet.

Maverick 2 is a racing yacht based in Lymington, Hampshire. Her crew were chosen to represent Great Britain
in the prestigious Rolex Commodores' Cup 2006.
Their website had gone through various re-designs in the past, but they now required a modern scaleable website with simple navigation (excuse the pun!), so that visitors could
discover everything they needed to know about Maverick 2 and her crew.
The website includes a blog (Web Blog) that can be updated directly from the boat before, during and after races.

WSR (West Surrey Racing) was founded in 1981 and over the years has earned
an enviable reputation through its success in motorsport and engineering. Founder Dick Bennetts is known as a guru in the
motor racing world and has led drivers such as Ayrton Senna, Mika Hakkinen, Rubens Barrichello, Eddie Irvine, Jonathan Palmer to success, to name but a few.
Their website needed a complete redesign with information as its backbone for visitors and fans alike. This meant compiling an extensive database
to include results, circuit information, press releases, galleries, etc - all of which can be updated through an easy to use
nm-design.co.uk designed Intranet.

UPH Ltd is an inspirational performance development consultancy
founded by former England rugby international Rory Underwood, Gulf War pilot & POW John Peters and International survival
specialist Martyn Helliwell. They needed a functional website that was informative and easy to navigate but included a promotional video and other fun stuff!
UPH Ltd also use an nm-design.co.uk Intranet to keep the 3 out of office directors up to date with their latest appointments, on and off the road.
The website is also used by their course delegates to complete pre- and post-course questionnaires, forms and feedback.

Venus4Mars is a new dating website targeting 18+ year old singles (or wannabe singles!)
The original design was purchased by the client from eBay, but it needed extensive work to update the interface and features to the client requirements.
The original site was programmed in PHP using a MySQL database. The site interface was successfully redesigned to the client specifications
using ASP and ASP.NET and upgraded to use an nm-hosting.co.uk hosted SQL server as its database.
It includes an easy to use secure online Administration facility and PayPal subscriptions facility.

Current European Brokerage Website of the Year
Thames Boat Sales is a combination of Penton Hook Marine Sales in
Chertsey, Bray Marine Sales near Maidenhead and Thames & Kennet Marine Sales, Reading. The joint hosted website needed to separate the two marine
sales locations, and integrate with their current hosting company's database of pre-owned boats (Marine Trade Media).
The user was the priority with the site design, and a number of innovations were included - the most successful of which has been
the Boat Cost Calculator, which calculates the cost of mooring any boat, river licence fees, survey fees etc.

a service developing innovative solutions to sales issues covering the complete sales process on a
tactical and strategic basis. Solutions designed to save costs and improve revenue. SRA provides
solutions for market awareness & market conversion, recruitment and development.
They required a re-design of their website encompassing both the Sales Solutions and Recruitment sections of their business.
SRA also use an nm-design.co.uk Intranet for CRM, diaries, recruitment, document indexing
& searching and central document storage.

ET Communications Limited has joined forces with Heritage Racing Support Limited. Jointly the two
organisation have worked together since 2003 to provide prestige paddock catering facilities for TOCA, the organisers of the
British Touring Car Championship. ETC is also available for other events.
The site needed to reflect the glamour and sophistication of its own hospitality and includes online
reservations for clients, updatable menus and a small extranet so that ETC can view guest numbers and confirmations
from anywhere in the world.

Plett 2 Let showcases prestigious private holiday homes in
Plettenberg Bay, South Africa - situated in the Jewel of the Garden Route. Although the design was important, an on-line reservation system
was essential.
To accomplish this, a secure intranet was built to help administer bookings: Details such as contact information, booking history & costs are
easily accessible, and any manually entered bookings immediately update the user's Availability Calendar. If the property is available, guests
can complete a booking enquiry and immediately know how much the property will cost for the duration of their stay. The summary is available
in 4 different currencies, that dynamically connects with XE.com to give the user the total in their chosen currency using the latest exchange
rates.

The Bristol-based Jonathan Webb Clinic aims to provide and maintain the
highest standards of care in the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with sporting injuries as well as those
patients requiring orthopaedic surgery for arthritis, or related conditions.
Jonathan Webb successfully combined his medical training with an international rugby career, whilst also playing for Bristol
& Bath Rugby Clubs. This medical site is in its early stages but will grow with the clinic, to provide more orthopaedic
information to patients.
